Q - What does a pet sitter do?
A - We come to your house and care for your pet while you are away.

Q - Do you charge extra to give medicine?
A - Customized Critter Care does NOT. We can't say whether anyone else will charge extra or not.

Q - Will you charge for multiple pets?
A - No if you have under 5 pets in your household. If you have over 5 pets call us and let us work with you on pricing.

Q - Will you care for reptiles?
A - Yes we can care for all types of pets hairy or scaly.

Q - Will you board?
A - We do not board dogs and cats (we do not have the facilities). But we will board small pets such as hamsters, gerbils, rats and small birds (owner supplies cages). This will depend on the availability of space.

Q - Will you care for our large bird?
A - Yes we do this in the owners home. Due to the size of the birds and their cages it makes moving them more stressful, we try to avoid the extra stress and let them stay in the comfort of their own home.

Q - What does aquarium maintenance mean?
A - What that means is that we will come into your home or business and test your water, clean your gravel, and change filter media.

Q - Will you assist me in picking out my aquarium, the necessary accessories and also deliver it to a home or business?
A - Yes we will walk you through the entire purchase and delivery, then we can assist you in setting up and maintaining your aquarium.

Q - Will you help with the selection of fish?
A - Yes we will assist you with the selection of fish that are compatible and will satisfy your needs.

Q: I work long shifts will you do just one visit so my pet has  a chance to go out?
A: Yes we will do just one visit for hard working pet owners.

Q: Do you have minimums or maximums on pet sitting?
A: We do not have minimums or maximums on pet sitting.
