As soon as I spoke with Sonia and Joe I could tell they love animals.  They took the time to find out about my two dogs and their routine so that while we were gone my four-legged "kids" would not be too stressed.  They did exactly what they promised, including giving one of my dogs medicine twice a day.  I am extremely impressed with their service and their commitment to the quality care of my pets while I am away from home.  Their prices are very reasonable as well.  It is very comforting to know that my animals don't have to be boarded at the vet or a kennel.  They can stay in the comfort of familiar surroundings and be very well cared for.  I highly recommend Sonia and Joe and Customized Critter Care.  We'll be using them for years to come.

Customized Critter Care took care of my animals while I went on a 10 day trip and I have never been more pleased.  I have always placed them in a kennel before but when I returned they were wild for several days.  This time they were calm when we got home because their routine had not been broken.    They took excellent care of them, even taking time to sit and play with them.  Two of my dogs were on medication and I did not have to worry that it was taken care of daily.  At the time I had 5 chihuahuas and a pomeranian plus two foster cats.  Three of the chihuahuas were very snappy and don't like strangers, but Sonia and Joe took care of them and had them eating out of their hands before the week was over.  I will never leave home again without them!
